Ze spreken elkaar over hun achtergronden, werkpraktijk en over de rol van identiteit in hun werk. Za\u00efre confronteerde in haar debuutbundel Chameleon al de verschillende kanten van haar identiteit met het voortdurende schakelen tussen allerlei rollen. Kun je je dan volledig ergens thuisvoelen? Momtaza debuteerde in 2023 met de bejubelde bundel Bad Diaspora Poems, waarin ze onderzoekt wat het schrijven van gedichten vanuit de diaspora eigenlijk betekent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dit programma is in het Engels.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ENGLISH:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two young poets from different countries meet each other at Dichters in de Prinsentuin: Za\u00efre Krieger and Momtaza Mehri. They talk with each other about their backgrounds, their work process, and the role of identity in their works. Za\u00efre confronted in her debut collection Chameleon the different aspects of her identity, with the continuous switching between many roles. Can you really feel at home somewhere then? Momtaza debuted in 2023 with the celebrated collection Bad Diaspora Poems, in which she explored what it really means to write poems from the Diaspora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit programma, en vrijwel alle andere programma\u2019s op zaterdag en zondag overdag, is gratis toegankelijk.
